Train Wreck

A conductor was sued and hauled into court after a horrendous train wreck which he was considered responsible for. While on the witness stand, the conductor stated that he had waved a lantern to signal the other train that he was approaching, and he demonstrated the manner in which he had waved the lantern. The judge was so impressed with his testimony that he declared him not guilty. After the trial was over, his lawyer congratulated him on a job well done. The conductor wiped his brow and said. "I was afraid that other lawyer was going to ask me if I had the lantern lit."

Did you know that trains are more dangerous that any other form of trasportation?
I was in a terrible accident on a train. No one was killed but it was quite scary.

.you know i was only on a train once in my life and it was when i was a little girl on a field trip. however i have had several car accidents none which were serious thank goodness and none my fault.
