I think there is something to be said for corresponding with a total stranger, being able to write to someone anonymously about your hopes, dreams, problems and interests - just whatever. To be able to freely write to someone about the people in your life without the worry of these private thoughts getting back to the people they are about. Completely free discourse. I'm a 33 year old gay man living near Los Angeles and would like to hear from other gay men from around the world. I have no problem with other people of course, but I think I would be able to write more freely with other gay men.
I'm single at the moment and, although I've had long-term relationships in the past, I'm not looking for a relationship right now - but I suppose anything could happen in the future. I'm a stage actor, singer and genealogist. I only speak English fluently but I'm learning Portuguese and know a little (very little) French and German.
I would really like some pen-pals that want to use the old fashioned post as it's more personal, more tangible and has more anonymity. Hope to hear from someone
