i am a friendly, likeable and interactive person with a good sense of humor. i value my friends and would do all i can to keep them, so long as they also value and respect my friendship. trust and honesty are vital issues for me, and once i conclude that someone is trustworthy and honest, they will always have my undiluted loyalty and commitment. i've had a female pen friend in the philippines for over 35 years, and still counting, so i see myself as someone who stays faithful and loyal to my friends who recognize the virtues, tenacious friendliness, honesty, attentiveness and commitment that i bring to the table. i don't make promises that i don't intend to keep, and i don't feel comfortable with anyone who enjoys making empty promises - they have all the hallmarks of being unreliable, disloyal, dishonest, uncommitted and unstable in all their dealings! i neither smoke nor do hard drugs, i wouldn't want to associate with those who do - not because i hate them, though, but because i dislike such indulgences! i like adventure, and i'm comfortable with being indoors or outdoors, providing there's something of interest to keep me there, because i hate dull moments. being very romantic is one of my very strong points - i love ardently and without holding back, the same way i commit to sincere friendship. i must say here that i'm super slow to fall into friendships, but once i'm in, i remain firm and constant - and i think that's the sure way to go! for me, age is just a number in love or friendship - it is the attitude and commitment one brings into either sphere that determines the true value of the association! words are cheap, but in friendship, as in love, actions - genuine and true - are the kennels that sustain and nurture them through the topsy-turvy of life! in my spare time i enjoy going to the beach, picnicking, watching movies, traveling, sight-seeing, watching tv, sports, cinema, long walks, exercising, reading thriller novels, newspapers & wr
